Arkansas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ArkSHA) 2025 Convention Refund Policy

“We Are Family” Convention

Refund Eligibility:

• Full refunds for registration cancellations will be granted if requested on or before February 1, 2025.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after February 1, 2025.

Inclement Weather Policy:

• In the event of inclement weather, ArkSHA will transition the 2025 Convention to a virtual platform.

• No refunds will be provided if the convention shifts to a virtual format due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Event Cancellation Policy:

• If ArkSHA is unable to transition to a virtual format and the convention is canceled, registered attendees will have the following options:

  • Apply their registration payment toward the 2025 Summer Schools Convention.

  • Apply their registration payment toward the 2026 Annual Convention registration.

  • Receive a reimbursement for 50% of their registration fee.
