1. Submit a 1-2 minute video expressing the impact of the scholarship to arksha@arksha.org.
2. Serve on the ArkSHA Fundraising Committee for the calendar year following receipt of the scholarship.

A letter of application from the student should include:

A personal statement relating to the reasons the student is pursuing a degree in communication disorders.
Future goals focusing on what the student hopes to contribute to the profession.
Statement regarding how this award will help the student reach these goals.
The student’s involvement in professional organizations such as ArkSHA, NSSLHA, AAA, ArAA, etc.
Financial need for the scholarship.

In addition to the above information, three (minimum) letters of recommendation (professional and personal) must be submitted (5 maximum):

An undergraduate transcript must be submitted.

A current resume must be submitted.
